A recent report by Precognize, found that 51% of companies consider digital skills to be their biggest obstacle. In fact, the lack of digital skills is holding back digital transformation across the manufacturing industry as a whole, with companies from numerous markets citing it as their primary barrier.

In collaboration with Readynez, Skånemejerier developed a plan for continuous learning in the field of IT security.

The goal was to establish a structured learning path that would empower the organization to take a proactive, enterprise-wide approach to cybersecurity.

To achieve this, Readynez designed a tailored security program for five key members of Skånemejerier’s Security Team, alongside a long-term development plan to ensure ongoing competence and adaptability.

 

Andreas opted for this approach to foster team-based learning while minimizing operational downtime.

Too often cybersecurity is a secondary IT responsibility, but security doesn´t just reside in my team. It is really about the whole organization and the management team is key for awareness and priorities.

For us, the training has enabled us to build a culture of increased security awareness. That is key because as many know, the so much of the vulnerabilities of an organization really come from within the organization.
