This course is designed for persons who work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and who aspire to one of the Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate role certifications and have completed one of the work load certification paths i.e., have already attended or obtained Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Marketing. This course is not designed for beginners as some experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is required.
