Readynez will maintain and process all your personal data in compliance with applicable law and will not pass on your personal data to third parties. If you provide any personal data about other individuals than yourself, you are responsible for making them aware of the terms of this policy. 

When you have trusted us with your information, you have the right to see and correct that information.
When you use our services and browse our website, we will automatically record anonymous information about your usage of those services, your browsing, your interaction with our emails as well as information about the device you are using and your internet connection.

We may however share your learner related details with your organization and other stakeholders in the training such as vendors and instructors. We may also share anonymized information publicly, e.g. statistics about the general use of our website and services.

We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, government/regulatory bodies, internet service providers and content protection organizations as required or allowed by law.

We reserve the right to transfer your personal data in the event we sell or transfer all or a part of our business or assets so that the buyer can continue to offer you the services. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with advance notification of the transfer of your information in such circumstances.

If you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us, then please click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the relevant email. Please note that this will not unsubscribe you from all communications, your personal account manager may still send you relevant communication, but you can of course opt-out by simply replying to your account managers email. However, please note that every time you create a login with us, you re-activate our relationship and we will again send you service-related messages, personal emails and email newsletters should you have opted in to them.

This policy may be updated from time to time and you should check this policy frequently for updates. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website. The date of the most recent update will appear at the top of this page.
